We offer a refund or reprint at no additional cost if:

Returns:
- If you receive the wrong or defective item, there is no need to return it to us. A refund will be issued directly, expected to arrive in 2-3 business days.
Please Note: We do not process refunds, reprints, or returns in the following cases:
- The order did not arrive due to factors within your control (wrong shipping address, not being available to receive the delivery, not picking up the package).
- The order did not arrive due to circumstances beyond our control (customs issues, natural disasters, marked as “delivered” in tracking but lost afterward).

Cancellation Policy:

- A 10% management, processing, and transaction fee will apply to cancellations.
- After 24 hours, the item enters production, and we cannot process cancellations.
