Processing Time & Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the destination. To get an accurate calculation, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update in your total.

Shipping & Handling

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Shipping from Warehouse:

You can order multiple items without incurring additional shipping costs beyond the flat rate.

  • Estimated Delivery: 7-15 business days* (may be longer during holiday seasons).

About Late Deliveries

While our shipping partners strive for timely delivery, delays can occur due to unforeseen events. Baskussa.com is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect address
  • Missing details like apartment, building, floor, or unit number
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your order. Allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is unavailable, it means the carrier hasn’t processed your package yet.

Multiple Items Ordered, But Received Only One?

Items may ship separately if not all are in stock, so you might receive one item before others. Don’t worry; the rest are on their way.

Missing Order Confirmation Details?

If you haven’t received any order confirmation, it might be due to an incorrect email entry. We send 3-4 emails throughout the process (order confirmation, fulfillment notice, shipping notice). Contact us to correct your email address if needed.

Delivery to Multiple Addresses:

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. To ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses:

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to APO addresses are first handled by DHL Global Mail and then transferred to USPS for final delivery through the military mail system. APO shipments can take up to 45 additional days. Once in the military mail system, tracking is no longer updated due to security reasons, meaning we cannot provide further tracking information.
